The Deep Rest Winter Ritual is a two-hour facial designed to support deeply dry winter skin while also caring for the lymphatic system and nervous system when the body and skin are both craving nourishment and rest. This ritual places a strong focus on replenishing hydration, strengthening the skin barrier, and restoring suppleness after months of cold air, indoor heat, and environmental stress. Warming modalities, including hot stones, are paired with gentle lymphatic drainage to encourage circulation, ease tension, and invite deep relaxation. Every element is unhurried and intentional, allowing the skin to receive care at its own pace. Ideal for very dry, depleted winter skin and anyone seeking warmth, hydration, and deep rest. A one-hour full-body ritual for dry winter skin Cold air, indoor heat, and winter layers can leave the skin feeling dry, tight, and depleted. The Deep Rest Body Ritual is a one-hour, full-body treatment designed to restore hydration, soften the skin, and invite deep rest during the slow season. This ritual begins with a gentle sea salt exfoliation to remove dry, dull skin and support healthy circulation. A custom hydrating body mask is then applied and the body is wrapped, allowing moisture to deeply absorb. While wrapped, you’ll receive a calming scalp massage to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. The ritual concludes with a generous application of deeply hydrating body lotion and oil to seal in moisture, leaving the skin nourished, supple, and protected through the winter months. Optional enhancement: Add a 30-minute mini facial for additional hydration and seasonal skin support.
